아직도 처음 이걸 마셨을 때 놀랐던 기억이 생생하다. 처음 느껴 보는 수준의 훵키함. 그때 사계에서 마셨으니 한 10년 쯤 됐으려나. 이제 사계도 없고 파이루스도 없고 라일리스탭하우스도 없고 신사퐁당도 없고 그때의 충격은 없지만 얘처럼 좋은 술은 그 자리에 그대로 있다는 사실에 위안을 삼는다.
