훵키, 스파이시, 후르티. 마틸다라는 이름은 참 예쁘게 잘 지은 것 같다. 레옹의 마틸다처럼.

Jolly Pumpkin Noel De Calabaza, 9%

시큼한 과일 맛이 가득한 걸작. 올해 크리스마스 때 꼭 마시고 싶다. 아니 올해뿐 아니라 매년. Great Lakes Christmas Ale과 함께 크리스마스 때 제일 먹고 싶은 녀석. 라벨도 캐간지.

AleSmith Speedway Stout, 12%

말이 필요 없는. 구하기 어렵지 않은(아마 미국 상당수의 주에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 것 같다) 녀석들 가운데 역시 순위권으로 훌륭하지 않을까 생각된다. 내 최고의 RIS 가운데 하나. 여런 variants가 있는데 어떻게 해서든 마셔보고 싶다.

Port Brewing Older Viscosity, 12.5%

Lost Abbey와 같은 브루어리인 Port brewery에서 나오는 연중 생산 Old Viscosity를 헤븐힐 버번 배럴에 최소 9개월 숙성한 녀석. 카라멜, 바닐라 등 버번 배럴 숙성 맥주에서 기대할 수 있는 것을 잘 갖췄다. 전반적으로 강한 느낌이어서 아주 즐기진 못 했다. 

정작 올드 비스코시티를 못 마셔봤네.
