오크 캐릭터가 그렇게 강하진 않다. 시음성은 뭐 당연 최고고. 대체로 벨기에 브루어리들은 배럴 에이징을 해도 밸런스를 굉장히 중요하게 생각하는 것 같다.
얘는 2016년 3월 버전인데 38% 후렌치 오크, 22% 어메리칸 오크, 22% 뉴코냑 배럴, 18% 뉴체스트넛 배럴에 숙성했다고 함.

불과 몇 해 전만 해도 외국 가서 찾아 마시고, 바리바리 싸들고 왔는데. 이제는 이마트에서 손 쉽게 볼 수 있고 드래프트까지 들어왔으니 증말 상전벽해다.
3년 전 미국가서 처음 마셔봤을 때 정말 놀랐던 기억이 떠오른다.
