아로마는 초콜릿, 커피, 딸기, 베리류, 시큼. 훌레이버에서 버번은 미약한 편. 초콜릿이 가장 강하고 그 다음은 커피 그리고 베리류의 시큼함. 온도가 올라가면서 스파이스들이 조금 느껴지지만 지배적이지는 않음. 진짜 놀라운 것은 딸기 같은 과일 훌레이버와 초콜릿의 조화. 매우 재밌게 마셨고 조코베자 원주와는 다른 의미로 차원이 다른 즐거움을 준다.
원래는 조코베자를 배럴에 숙성하다 오염이 돼서 버릴려다가 마셔보니 '어 괜찮네' 싶어서 병입한 것. 오염되도 맛있다니 클라쓰가..오염 안 됐다고 강변하면서도 오프 없이 잘 뽑혔다는 한국의 모 부르어리가 생각나네.

걱정 많이 했는데, 다행히 홉이 초콜릿과 커피 보다 훨씬 강해서 마시기 어렵지 않았다. 그냥 신선한 모카 이파 정도로 생각했는데, 먹을만 했음
